Designed around the installation
The fastener is
already part of it.
The liner’s integral tabs engage the wire basket to hold the sheet in place. Sidewall configurations use preformed hinges so the sides can be folded on site.
It’s a practical approach to cable tray lining, with handling and installation considered together.
- Rigid material creates a continuous surface over basket crossbars.
- Integrated locking tabs secure the liner to the wire basket.

Installation, step by step.

Confirm the liner and basket combination before installation. Folding and locking tabs apply to sidewall liners.
Fold the sides.
Use the preformed hinge lines on sidewall variants.
Position in the basket.
Place the liner into the matching wire basket section.
Engage the locking tabs.
On sidewall liners, secure the liner to the basket using its integral tabs.
Add optional zip ties.
Butt the liner ends together. Pass ties through the matching end holes and around the basket wire, then tighten.
Recommended: 3/16″ (4.8 mm) wide × 4″ (100 mm) or longer. Fits the 7 mm attachment holes.
